中心定期舉辦長者關懷小組，邀請社區義工協助，教導長者利用彈力帶，進行基礎拉伸及力量鍛鍊， 又分享樂悠卡等生活資訊，幫助長者融入社區，保持身心靈健康。另外， 針對聾人生活需要，特別邀請警方代表介紹及安裝HKSOS緊急救援 手機應用程式使用，並安排即場手語傳譯協助溝通，便利聾人在緊急情況下求助，回應他們日常生活所需。
